In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bji99 website accessible at https://bji99.io, including all associated mobile interfaces, game lobby pages, account pages, cashier pages, and support channels.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any feature of the bji99 Platform.

• You have not previously had a bji99 Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a Self-Exclusion arrangement on any gambling platform under which bji99 would be required to refuse your registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person.

bji99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds in an ineligible Account are subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the bji99 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

bji99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point, including at the time of a withdrawal request. You will be required to submit supporting documentation — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by bji99 may result in Account suspension.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods registered to their Account are held in their own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bji99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless and until you have notified bji99 of a suspected security breach. Upon receiving such notification, bji99 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account, which may include suspending access pending investigation.

bji99 recommends that Players choose a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact bji99 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

All deposits on the bji99 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bji99 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at bji99's discretion, and the current list is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. bji99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits that exceed threshold amounts.

All deposited funds must be used for gambling activity on the bji99 Platform. bji99 does not operate as a banking or e-wallet service, and deposits are not intended to be held and withdrawn without gambling activity being undertaken. Depositing funds with the sole intent of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity may be treated as an abuse of the Platform.

bji99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply its own transaction charges, for which bji99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bji99 Account holder. bji99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals via MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. bji99 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider or bank.

bji99 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending the completion of KYC verification. If a Player has not previously completed KYC, identity documents will be required before the first withdrawal is approved. Players are strongly advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.

Where bji99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in connection with a withdrawal request, bji99 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse the withdrawal pending investigation and, where required, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Real money funds held alongside bonus funds may also be subject to withdrawal restrictions as described in the relevant bonus terms.

bji99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bji99 bonuses:

• Each bonus is available to one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the offer terms before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Wagering on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• bji99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to reduce risk, exploiting technical errors, or using any form of automated betting strategy — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

bji99 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. If bji99 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, bji99 reserves the right to close the Account, confiscate all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play, and withhold any pending withdrawal.

All casino games available on the bji99 Platform are supplied by licensed Game Providers. Each game is governed by the rules established by its respective provider. Game outcomes for slots and RNG table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems that are independently audited for fairness. bji99 does not modify game RTP settings or outcomes in any way beyond the configurations established by Game Providers.

Sports betting markets on the bji99 Platform are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For cricket markets, results are determined by the official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, the ICC for international tournaments). For football, results are determined by the official final score including any extra time where applicable, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, Players must submit a formal dispute within 7 calendar days of the outcome or settlement in question. bji99 reserves the right to void bets and/or games in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failure of a game or network; human error in the establishment of betting markets or odds; evidence of match-fixing or corruption in a sporting event; or force majeure events rendering settlement impossible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bji99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to access your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, insider information trading, or any other corrupt practice in sports betting.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bji99 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All intellectual property on the bji99 Platform — including but not limited to the bji99 brand name, logo, website design, software, text content, graphics, and game assets supplied by Game Providers — is the property of bji99 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bji99 Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bji99.

The bji99 name and logo may not be used in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage bji99 or its affiliates. Unauthorised use of bji99 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves risk. By using the bji99 Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money as a result of gambling activity and that bji99 is not responsible for any such losses. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

bji99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bji99 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bji99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your Account, contact bji99 support to request Account closure and any applicable withdrawal of your balance.

The version of these Terms currently in force is indicated by the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of these Terms are available from bji99 support upon request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bji99 operates.
